Globally recognized mindfulness educator and bestselling author Susan Kaiser Greenland specializes in distilling wisdom traditions and scientific research into straightforward everyday practices. Holding a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law, she initially worked as an attorney before shifting her focus to mindfulness education.
In the early 2000s, she pioneered the introduction of secular mindfulness into classrooms through her Inner Kids model.
Her latest work, Real-World Enlightenment, encapsulates her ongoing dedication to mindfulness. Her contributions are featured in prominent publications such as the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, and CNN.
