Original Air Date Wednesday, Nov 20, 2019

What do you do to find fulfillment in life? Do you face your fears in the name of personal growth? Do you share your gifts with others by doing good deeds?  Embracing our humanness with all of its ups and downs and accepting the comforts as well as the uncomfortable can lead to contentment and dare we say it, happiness. Overcoming personal challenges and helping others to do the same makes it possible for us to enjoy our human experience. In this episode, Positive Psychology Podcast Host, Lisa Cypers Kamen speaks with two people who are using technology to spread the word about how humans can live their fullest lives. Ami Dar is an idealist who connects people on the web who want to do good with each other to promote generosity and respect. And, Chad Gabriel is the host of The Search for Aliveness series and the Sherpa of Purpose for the Tuthill Corporation, an organization that attempts to raise awareness and ‘Wake the World’.
